Office app launcher7/19/2023 I'm thinking there must be something in Azure AD but I am at a loss. We can seem to find no information on how it was done or how to undo it. Both myself and my partner here have searched very diligently to find out how to do this but all we get is how to add custom apps - nothing about how to put back default applications. If there was a way to hide those apps, there should be a way to undo it. I suspect that this was set up by the individual who put us on Office 365 but that was 2 managers ago and nobody from the old guard who was around back then is there to tell us how they did that (my suspicion was that he wanted to drive usage to the desktop apps). I know you can open Office Documents online, I just did it today and our OneDrive documents show up on the home page, but if a user wanted to use Word on the web, there is no app icon to do that. Click on Microsoft 365s App launcher and then on the All apps link: Office 365s App launcher Find the MetaShare app, click on the ellipsis icon and. The new Office mobile appdesigned to be your go-to app for getting work done on a mobile deviceis now available for anyone to download on Android and iOS. ![]() If you go to the basic Office page, if you click on the icon to launch the app center, you should normally see all of the basic Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) along with all the office stuff.Īt least that's what should appear. From the menu that appears, click Pin to launcher. ![]() Highlight the app you want to add, then click the three dot icon that appears to the right of its name. You cannot remove apps from the launcher. In our office tenant, we have users that have two version of Office 365, Business Basic and Business Standard. You can add more Office 365 apps to the launcher.
